Refunds

  • For individual customers, institutkurde.org only offers refunds for:
    • Digital products with errors that prevent reading
    • Defective or damaged physical products
  • Institutional clients are not eligible for refunds on physical items.

 

To request a refund:

  1. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  2. Return the product at your own expense to the bookstore indicated on your order confirmation
  3. If your request is denied (product is in good condition), it will be returned to you at your expense

 

Returns and Exchanges

You can exchange a defective product for a new copy of the same product free of charge.

In-store purchases may have different policies – please check the websites of affiliated bookstores directly for their terms and conditions. Apart from these specific cases, institutkurde.org does not accept any other returns, exchanges, or refunds.
