Refunds
- For individual customers, institutkurde.org only offers refunds for:
- Digital products with errors that prevent reading
- Defective or damaged physical products
- Institutional clients are not eligible for refunds on physical items.
To request a refund:
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- Return the product at your own expense to the bookstore indicated on your order confirmation
- If your request is denied (product is in good condition), it will be returned to you at your expense
Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange a defective product for a new copy of the same product free of charge.

In-store purchases may have different policies – please check the websites of affiliated bookstores directly for their terms and conditions. Apart from these specific cases, institutkurde.org does not accept any other returns, exchanges, or refunds.
