Shipments and returns of your packages
Our products are offered through stocks. The photographs are not contractual. Any exceptional errors or modifications are beyond our control and cannot engage our responsibility. After your order, if the product in question is unavailable, we will inform you of its replenishment by email and by telephone (if necessary find a solution together) as soon as possible.
Mailings are made at least between 48-72 hours, you have the choice between Colissimo and Mondial Relay. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the goods ordered and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times vary depending on the availability of stocks.
If you have received your incomplete order it should be due to stock shortage or the production of the product should be canceled. For this kind of situation, we warn the customer by phone and email before shipment. Any complaints will not be taken into account. Damaged packages should not be accepted by the customer, or if not, please tell us the details by writing an e-mail with pictures to support.
For any damaged product, please consult the general conditions of sale.
In case of non-receipt of a package, an investigation is conducted near the carrier, or the post office. This investigation may take a few days
Any damage or misuse of the product will not be taken care of, for more information please see article 6 of the general conditions of sale.
The return of all products will be the responsibility of the customer, the reimbursement terms are indicated in the general conditions.
